Requirements from the ICO

1. Fund the development of the Integrated Payment requirements to accept retrocoin directly via websites. Upon initial launch the payments will be peer to peer via wallet transfer.
   The API for retrocoin and associated code – widget will be made available free for all website owners.
   If the funds allow it to be personalised for any stellar token then this code will be made available to the stellar community under an open license.
2. Fund the initial purchase of stock to back up the retrocoin. This will include items that will always be available to spend retrocoin on.
